Pavement.
Pavement could quite possibly be the most southern skate shop on the planet. Core, independent and family owned, it’s been holding things down for over 17 years. Owned and run by Craig and Evie, the shop carries decades of knowledge, real community roots, and proper skate culture.
Whether you’re down south in person or shopping from afar, their online store is fully dialled and ships nationwide. This isn’t a chain store. It’s the real thing.

Custom Stickers.
Family run and proudly local, Custom Stickers handle a lot of our print production. If you see a TGC sticker slapped somewhere, a banner in store, or any of our point of sale material, these are the crew who made it happen.
Quality is always dialled, service is solid, and they genuinely care about their work.

Tanoshi.
If you're ever in Queenstown, Wanaka or Christchurch and chasing proper Japanese food, Tanoshi is one of our go-to spots. Real flavours, real atmosphere, and the kind of meals you keep thinking about long after you leave.
The team at Tanoshi bring authentic Japanese dining to New Zealand with an Osaka back-alley style vibe and seriously good food. From ramen to shared plates, everything is done properly, with attention to detail and a genuine love for the culture behind it.
Good people, good energy, amazing food. Always worth a visit if you're in their neighbourhood.

Powderhorn Chateau.
At the base of the Turoa access road, sitting right on the edge of Tongariro National Park, the Powderhorn Chateau isn’t just a place to stay it’s part of the culture. Built with that classic alpine lodge feel and surrounded by raw New Zealand terrain, it’s been the unofficial HQ for generations of skiers and snowboarders chasing turns on Mt Ruapehu.
For a lot of us, this is where it all started. First trips, first seasons, first proper après.
You’d ride all day up at Turoa, then roll back down the mountain road straight into the Powderkeg or Matterhorn, boots still on, ready for a feed, a beer, and whatever the night turned into. It’s that rare mix of lodge, bar, and community hub that just works.
Tables get danced on, stories get told, and strangers turn into crew pretty quickly. Whether you’re posted up by the fire, soaking it all in, or deep into a late one, it feels like a second home more than a hotel.
If you know, you know. And if you don’t, you’ll figure it out pretty quick.
Tell ’em the BSG sent you.
