If something is not right, we will sort it.
We stand behind our products, but we also need returns handled properly so we can keep things fair for everyone.
Eligibility for Returns
You can return your item for a refund or exchange if:
The item is unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. The return is requested within 30 days of purchase. The item was purchased directly from our website
We do not accept returns for:
Final sale or custom-made items, products that have been worn, used, or damaged after purchase, shipping costs, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item
How to Request a Return
To start a return:
Email danny@thousandairesgloveco.com with your order number and a short explanation. We will reply with return instructions. Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear.
Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Email danny@thousandairesgloveco.com and include your order number and photos if possible.
If the issue is confirmed, we will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider, as processing times vary.
If it is still not showing, email us, and we will look into it.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
