Shipping policy

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery 3 to 5 business days
Cost calculated at checkout

  • Express Shipping
: Estimated delivery 1 to 2 business days.  Additional cost applies

International

  • Standard International Shipping
Estimated delivery 7 to 14 business days
Cost calculated at checkout

  • Express International Shipping
: Estimated delivery 3 to 7 business days.  Additional cost applies.

 

Shipping costs vary depending on destination and package weight.
For international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

If you select a tracked shipping option, a tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to show in the courier system.
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend contacting the courier first, as they can provide the most accurate delivery information.
 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it is in their system. While we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, we will absolutely help where we can.

If something goes wrong:
Check with your local courier or post office
Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout
Look for any delivery attempt notifications.
If you are still stuck, email us and we will help you sort it.
 

Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend it.
 

Pre Orders and Made to Order

Pre order and custom items will have estimated shipping timeframes listed on the product page. These items may take longer to ship.
We will always aim to be clear and upfront about timing.
